Welcome to my blog. My name is Marcela Tseng, I’m a licensed realtor and mortgage loan officer in California, and in near future will get my MLO licenses also in other states. This is not a professional site that trying to sell real estate listings or services.
This is a blog where I would like to collect lots of useful pieces of information for people who are trying to buy/sell and apply for a mortgage. Helping people to know more about real estate and mortgage, and maybe something else related or not with both. Remember, all the posts are for informational purposes only. I am a trilingual person, I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Argentina, and now live in Los Angeles. That is the reason my blog has three different sections, in different languages. I don’t use an automatic translation for my site, because I write each of my posts in a different language in a different way. The focus of my post is different for each one of my audience. So, if you try to compare the same article in different languages on my site, you will find that they are not the exact translation, and sometimes, they may not be posted in other languages.
